Organic cooking – is it a hype or real?
The term organic has traveled miles of the journey and hit thousands of minds. Every day in our life we get to see a lot of advertisements regarding organic food, ingredients, beautiful kids, bags and plenty of items we use on our day to day life. If you think a little bit our ancestors used to live a normal life. At the Times everything was organic by nature.
We built concrete blocks, and modernized ourselves to use plastics; As a result and because of the anxiety of human and the present lifestyle of a human being the mother nature has been spoiled a lot. Pollution created by us contaminates Grains and vegetables. They are prone to most of the environmental conditions. But I did not say organic is the way to live. I am not asking you to go all organic or to leave your snacking habits immediately and I know even if I insist, you can not do that by all means.

What is this organic cooking by all means?
If you are in a semi-urban city having an independent House you can have a small garden wherein we can grow a small set of vegetables in your garden. Don’t have time? Find out people who grow vegetables naturally, stick to them on nearby. Anyway, you can’t rely on anyone for your kitchen grains, if you have a budget you can go all the way natural. Quality does have some price to pay right?
Anyway let’s come to the point, what do I mean by organic cooking? A way of cooking that our ancestors were following their fashion living without using the inorganic ingredients or vegetables for their recipes. You don’t have to do many things or sacrifice your quality time to do this. Most of the time it’s all about not refrigerating the baked items but preparing the fresh food as and when required. It’s not keeping the rise in china pot rather than making it in cooker etc. are some of the ways to be semi-organic.
Organic cooking is not only about using organic ingredients. Most fruits and vegetables tend to have more vitamin C and minerals without baking them.
