Ingredients: Ripe mango fruit – 2, sugar depending upon the sweetness of mango, two glasses of water.
Method: Put cleaned and peeled mango pieces and sugar in a juicer jar with a glass of water and crush it for just 2 – 3 minutes and pour it to glass, if you like chilled juice, serve it by adding with pieces of ice.

Now, take the bowl of mango pieces to pour coconut milk and jaggery paste, Stir it thoroughly add a pinch of salt, and add cardamom powder. Healthy and tasty recipe “Mango Rasaayanam” is ready to serve. Also along with dosa also it is suitable.

Ingredients: 4 – 5 mangoes, green chilly 2 – 3, jaggery – 3 – 4 tablespoons, salt to taste, turmeric powder – ½ tablespoon, red chilly powder – 1 tablespoon.
For acclimatization: coconut oil – 2 tablespoons, curry leaves – 10, red chilly – 2, mustard seeds one tablespoon.
Method: Wash mangoes. After that, peel the skin of mangoes. Subsequently, squeeze the mangoes. Pour the mangoes in a bowl. In addition, add 5 – 6 glasses of water. Meanwhile, add jaggery and a pinch of salt to taste. In addition, add turmeric powder, green chilly pieces. Switch on your stove firstly and secondly, keep the bowl and let it boil for 10 – 15 minutes, stirring often. Cook those mangos thoroughly. For acclimatization, heat the small pan in addition, pour two tablespoons of coconut oil. Subsequently, put pieces of red chilies, and mustard seeds one tablespoon. Put curry leaves meanwhile mustard seeds get fried and after that put into rasam bowl. Mango rasam is ready now.
