40 things to do every day to change your life:
- Jog or Brisk Walk 10 to 30 minutes each day
- Sit in silence for at least 10 Min each Day
- Stay hydrated Drink at least 2 liters of water every day [Also read health benefits of drinking water]
- Sleep for 8 hours a day
- Live with three E’s. (Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy)
- Play more games
- Read more books than you did last month
- Make time to meditation, yoga, and prayer
- Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
- Dream more while you are awake.
- Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat fewer foods that are manufactured in plants.
- Try to make at least 3 people smile each day.
- Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
- Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his or her mistakes in the past.
- Don’t have negative thoughts or things you can not control. Instead, invest your energy in the positive present moment.
